Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Recruna, including our website, careers pages and applicant tracking workspaces. By creating an account or submitting an application you agree to them.

Last updated: 8 September 2026.

The agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Recruna. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials confidential and be responsible for activity under your account. One personal account may hold membership of several employer workspaces. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.

Workspaces and approval

Employer workspaces require approval by Recruna staff before job adverts can be published. Workspace owners are responsible for the members they invite, the content they publish and the way they handle candidate data.

Plans and payment

Basic accounts are free for candidates. Paid plans (currently Pro and Premium) unlock job posting, interview scheduling, referrals and analytics features. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Subscriptions renew for the chosen period until cancelled, and fees already paid are non refundable except where required by law. Promotional or launch pricing applies only for the period we state.

Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or fraudulent job adverts, upload malware, scrape or overload the service, attempt to bypass security or access data you are not entitled to, impersonate others, or use the service to send unsolicited marketing.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload, including job adverts, company pages, CVs and application answers. You grant Recruna a licence to host, process and display that content as needed to run the service. You confirm you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Employer responsibilities

Employers are the controllers of candidate data received through their careers pages. They must comply with applicable employment, equality and data protection law, respond to candidate rights requests and use the data only for the recruitment purpose it was given for.

AI features

Recruna offers AI assisted CV parsing, job description drafting, summaries and fit scores. These outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete, are provided as decision support only, and must be reviewed by a person before any hiring decision.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, change features or discontinue parts of the service, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.

Third party services

The service integrates with third parties such as hosting, email delivery, analytics and job board feeds. Their own terms apply to their services and we are not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

Recruna and its software, branding and design remain our property. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the platform.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non payment or unlawful use. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Recruna is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data, or for hiring decisions made by employers. Our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Recruna against claims arising from your content or your unlawful use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
