What is Recruna?

Recruna is an applicant tracking system. It gives your company a branded careers page, lets you post jobs, and helps you track every applicant from application through to offer.

Do candidates need an account to apply?

No. Anyone can apply to a role without signing up. Candidates who do create a free account can save up to five CVs, track their applications and refer friends.

How much does Recruna cost?

Basic is free and is for candidates. Pro is 59 pounds a month and unlocks job posting. Premium is 99 pounds a month and adds interview scheduling and referrals. All workspaces are on Premium during our launch period.

Does my workspace need approval?

Yes. New recruiter workspaces are reviewed by the Recruna team before they go live, which keeps the platform free of spam listings.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. You can upload a logo and header image, and design your careers page with sections, columns, text, images and ready-made modules like company details and open roles.

Where do my job posts appear?

Accepted Answer

On your Recruna careers page, plus XML feeds for Indeed and LinkedIn, and in your own sitemap so search engines can index each role.

How is candidate data handled?

Data is stored securely, uploads are scanned before they reach your team, and access is limited to members of your workspace. Candidates can ask us to remove their data at any time.
