Key Responsibilities
- Build Digital Experiences: Develop new user-facing features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and frontend tools.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with designers and product teams to translate wireframes, Figma designs, and user stories into polished, functional web applications.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure web applications are built for maximum speed, scalability, and seamless cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
- Ensure Web Accessibility: Implement WCAG best practices to make our products inclusive and accessible to all users.
- Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, modular, well-documented, and reusable code while actively participating in team code reviews.
- Troubleshoot & Debug: Identify, diagnose, and resolve UI bugs and frontend performance bottlenecks promptly.
- Innovate & Improve: Stay curious about emerging web technologies and standards, recommending tools and approaches to elevate our tech stack and developer workflow.

Required Skills
- Core Web Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Modern Frameworks: Hands-on experience building web applications using a modern JavaScript library/framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Responsive & Accessible Design: Deep understanding of mobile-first responsive web design and web accessibility standards (WCAG guidelines).
- API Integration: Experience connecting frontend components to RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git workflows and collaborative development practices (pull requests, branching strategies).
- Build Tools & Workflow: Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and bundlers (e.g., Vite, Webpack, or npm/yarn workflows).
- Problem Solving & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to visual detail, and a collaborative mindset.
