Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable server-side applications and microservices.
- API Development: Create low-latency, high-availability RESTful APIs and modern endpoints to support web and mobile interfaces.
- Database Management: Structure, optimize, and maintain relational and non-relational databases to ensure data integrity and query efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Backend Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with at least one major backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go, Java, or Ruby).
- Database Expertise: Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL systems (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
